An intervention highlighting the prominence of space given to male artists within the gallery and museum’s collection.
These risograph prints are printed using a soy based ink which doesn’t ever fully dry which means it can smudge easily or come off onto your hands if rubbed. Smudges can be easily erased using a general rubber and the ink can be washed off your hands using warm water and soap. Risograph printing is created using a rolling process where each colour is layered individually. Variation and diversity is part of their charm.
